Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant ByPass a license to display and distribute your content within the service.

Virtual Currency

ByPass Coins are virtual currency with no real-world value outside the platform. Coins are non-refundable once purchased, except as required by law.

Termination

Limitation of Liability

Refund Policy

Digital Purchases

ByPass Coins and premium themes are digital goods. Due to the nature of digital products:

• All purchases are final once coins are added to your account
• Unused coins remain in your account indefinitely
• We do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse

Exceptions

We may provide refunds in the following cases:

• Duplicate charges due to technical errors
• Unauthorized transactions (report within 48 hours)
• Service unavailability preventing use of purchased items

How to Request a Refund

Contact our support team at support@bypass.app with:

• Your username and email
• Transaction details and date
• Reason for refund request

Refund requests are reviewed within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
